The use of camphor oil in cosmetology

Many people know about the use of camphor oil for medicinal purposes, but in cosmetology it is a novelty, and many are just beginning to learn about the benefits of this wonderful tool, but its popularity is growing very quickly.

This product is made from oriental camphor wood. Its properties and effects on the skin, entirely dependent on the chemical composition:

• Camphor is a ketone in the terpene series, known as a sedative for the nervous system. This substance is contained in oil in large quantities, so that ether can quickly calm the skin and relieve it of signs of fatigue, even if it is very irritated and inflamed;
• thanks to cineole, camphor has a rejuvenating effect, helps the growth of new young cells, relieves the epidermis from tuberosity and wrinkles;
• the content in the camphor safrole causes its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effectwhat is most important in treating facial inflammation, acne and acne;
• pipen is responsible for the extraordinary smoothness of the skin and for its silkiness;
• such a component as Phellandrene is the activation in the cells of the process associated with the production of collagen and elastin fiber, which is the reason for the suspension of the already running aging process;
• with camphene, which has a regenerating effect, regeneration of damaged tissues occurs;
• the presence of bisabolol makes it possible to improve the complexion using camphor and get rid of unpleasant redness and pigmentation;
• With camphor lemongrass it becomes possible to make the skin lighter.

Camphor oil in cosmetology has a variety of applications and is included in:

• foot creams (feeling of pleasant chill);
• face cleansing preparations (it helps well with acne problems - blood supply to the skin is improved);
• deodorizing agents;
• lipstick;
• cosmetics for face care, improves blood flow and eliminates small wrinkles;
• shaving balm;
• perfume fragrances.

As a part of face creams, camphor is an excellent moisturizer, including in the area of ​​eyes and lips.. It has an anti-inflammatory effect, can be used as one of the components of the mask or lotion, which is prepared independently.

To get a lotion for wiping the face with high-oily skin, do this:

• take 200 grams of water;
• 1 teaspoon borax powder;
• two drops of camphor and glycerin.

To prepare such a composition, take a couple of drops of camphor oil and 1 tbsp. spoon sea buckthorn oil. The oils are mixed and applied to the skin with unwanted pigmentation (but not around the eyes). A great effect would be if such a composition is left on the face all night. This mask will moisturize the skin, which means it will relieve wrinkles.

In this case, camphor oil is mixed with natural yoghurt (200 g and a couple of drops, respectively).The composition should be applied to the skin of the face, hold it there for 30 minutes, then wash (the water should be warm). If you do not be lazy and make yourself such a mask regularly, then you can avoid the appearance of wrinkles, age spots and moisturize the skin well.

It will take one yolk and a couple drops of camphor oil. Everything is mixed, and the composition is applied to the face, excluding the area around the eyes. After half an hour everything needs to be washed off, the water should be summer - not hot and not cold.

Camphor, you can simply add to the already finished cosmetic means - to lotion, gel or your favorite cream. In adolescence, wiping the skin with a tangerine crust plus a few drops of camphor oil (except for the eye area) is helpful.

Camphor will be quite effective in this case. To anti-aging cream add a few drops of camphor oil and apply it on the skin of the face. It is better to treat the same areas of the face as the skin around the eyes and the lip contour with a mixture of glycerin and camphor oil. Camphor oil as such additives is an excellent anti-aging agent.

The mask with camphor oil is able to rid your skin of ugly stretch marks, wrinkles and scars. To get the desired effect, the mask must be applied for a month or even longer. Cosmetic compresses containing camphor can be very effective in this case.

If camphor oil is applied to the eyelashes, then you must be careful and use a special brush that is applied mascara. Avoid getting oil in the eye.
