Many people call slippers with open cape shoes with bindings or straps, like those of flip flops, but this is a misconception.

When buying such home shoes you should take into account all personal requirements: if you have cold floors, you should not buy knitted models, it is better to buy fur or fleece slippers with a hard sole.

For carpeting, it is not necessary to take massive slippers, knitted options with an open toe will be practical.

Do not buy open slippers for young children, this is the only category that requires a closed sock and a good fixation on the leg.
